FAQ: Customers don't specify their contact phone number when making a purchase. Can I change this?

This issue may happen only for payments made via PayPal Express.  Where this is the case customers enter their billing details on PayPal site and we can't control/check the information specified. However, you can stipulate customers to enter their phone number through your PayPal configuration:

1.  Please log into your PayPal account and find 'Contact Telephone Number' in the account settings.
2.  Select an appropriate option and save changes.
