FAQ: How do I add a contact us or enquiry page
If you wish to add a new Enquiry Page, simply complete the following steps.
1. Go to Manage Website > Edit Website
2. Select 'Add Page'
3. Enter the Page Name required
4. Choose 'Enquiry Page'
5. Click 'Done' to complete
The page with the Enquiry or Contact fields has been created.
To customise the Confirmation page which appears after an enquiry has been submitted:
1. Go to Manage Website -> Edit Website
2. In the Website Map block click on "+" for Enquiry page, select Confirmation page
3. Select the Edit Page tab
4. There is a 'Text And Image' section in the center part of the page. Click on the "pen" icon for this section to start editing
When an enquiry is submitted, the New Online Enquiry email is sent directly to the email address specified in Email Notification Settings > Online Enquiries Email(s). Enquiry email 'From' field contains the customer’s email address as specified in the Online Enquiry form.
