Please can you check the following setting is configured correctly in your MS Outlook (or similar Email Client).
1. Open MS Outlook
2. Go to Tools > Email Accounts > View or change existing email accounts
3. Now select your Swifty platform Email account in the list, and click 'Change'
4. In the Internet Email Settings dialog window, you will see a button called 'More Settings', please click on this button
5. A second Internet Email Settings pop-up window will appear, click on the Outgoing Server Tab.
6. In this window, make sure the following settings are applied
- the Tick Box called 'My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication' should be ticked
- The option 'Log on using' is selected, and enter the same Username and Password supplied for your mailbox
7. Now click 'OK' to close the window and save the settings
8. In the Internet Email Settings dialog window, click Next to complete
